Liz Pflaum is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of parenting issues, and offers solid, specific advice and follow-up for proper implementation of effective, proven parenting techniques. I had signed up for an in-person parenting coaching series in my own city, but it was across town, on Saturday mornings, and I had to find a babysitter for two hours. Needless to say, it did not work out. It just wasn't convenient - it became too difficult to fit it into my already full schedule, adding to the stress I was trying to manage.
