"AAA Parent Coaching Services is a wonderful resource for moms with a variety of needs.  Liz Pflaum is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of parenting issues, and offers solid, specific advice and follow-up for proper implementation of effective, proven parenting techniques.  I highly recommend taking one of Liz's teleseminars.  I had signed up for an in-person parenting coaching series in my own city, but it was across town, on Saturday mornings, and I had to find a babysitter for two hours.  Needless to say, it did not work out.  It just wasn't convenient - it became too difficult to fit it into my already full schedule, adding to the stress I was trying to manage.  Then I found out about Liz's teleseminar through MotherhoodLater.com.  It was perfect timing, and worked with my schedule - I could call in from my office during my lunch hour once a week, and not have to worry about traveling or finding and paying a babysitter. In addition to being convenient, Liz's relaxed, personable style put me at ease and in the right frame of mind to open myself up to some new
techniques and theories.  I have implemented many of Liz's techniques at home (particularly, creating and implementing a set of "house rules").  My child enjoyed being part of the process and has shown improved behavior, while I now possess greater patience, understanding and confidence.  Thank you Liz for your wisdom, flexibility, and compassion.  Gina S.

"I have so enjoyed teleseminars with Elizabeth Pflaum.  Her wealth of experience with parenting, adoption, working with kids' challenges with language and special needs issues, personal challenges faced by parents as individuals, and empathetic approach have been an inspiration.  Elizabeth clearly loves her work and loves children.  Her ability to create a safe environment for participants to authentically share brings richness to the discussion and roots her programming in the topics that most concern parents.  I would highly recommend her work to others."  Beth C.

"I have been participating in Elizabeth's teleseminars for several weeks now. They have become the focus and a highlight of my week. Elizabeth helps me with all the day-to-day problems I have raising children in such a way that I feel empowered, inspired and excited to be the best parent I can be. This is the kind of practical help and spiritual support I have been looking for."  Nicky U.

"I worked individually with Elizabeth Pflaum over the course of several months regarding various family and child-rearing issues. I found her insight and advice invaluable. My home is more peaceful now than before talking to Elizabeth. Elizabeth also happens to be a very kind and compassionate person, who makes you feel at ease sharing private issues. I was impressed with her ability to ask the right questions and pick up very quickly the nuances of family stresses, sibling rivalry, and the inherent challenges for children as they cross different developmental milestones. I will definitely work with Elizabeth in the future as new issues arise."  Judy D.

"The impact of having Elizabeth work with me and my family has been tremendous.  She reminded me of all of the things I had forgotten about parenting my children because of a stressor I was dealing with.  She respected my instincts and values, and pushed me gently to do things I needed to do but was uncomfortable to do.  She gave me direction and a hope that I had lost.  She listened to my concerns, and she heard them and addressed my needs.  She gave me permission to do what I needed to do.  She observed but did not judge.  She allowed my children to have a voice, and myself as well.  She gave me words to express how I felt and this allowed me to communicate my concerns and needs to others.  She recognized what I did well, and allowed me to recognize it too.  I am very pleased with my work with Elizabeth and the impact that she has had on my children.  For a mother to be aware, acknowledged, and heard can have a tremendous impact on the entire family, and this is what Elizabeth gave me.  I believe Elizabeth gave me her best work and often thought about my family between visits.  Having Elizabeth is like having a cheerleader, partner, parent, and teacher nearby.  I only wish that I had started working with her sooner."

" I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth as my parent coach/student advocate for my son's first year in Middle School. She was very helpful in giving me guidance as a parent both academically and personally. She was committed to helping me achieve the goals we established during our sessions together. Not only did she offer very helpful advice that I used in helping my son, she also helped work on difficult family dynamics.  I would highly recommend Elizabeth for anyone needing to become more of an advocate for their child, and helping them succeed in school."   Cimone G.

"I highly recommend Elizabeth.  She helped us bring together a real life, common sense approach to our child's school struggles that we couldn't get from other professionals."  Jennie P.

"I never saw anyone so well prepared and thoroughly well versed to advocate for us in obtaining the best scenario and program for our son.  Thanks again!!"   Linda B.

"Elizabeth helped me to resurrect the forgotten joy of motherhood that had been dormant in me for so long.  She helped me to clear the 'messy stuff' out of the way, and to bring back the joy.  Elizabeth is brilliant in her field!  She has given me the tools to create the peaceful family life I craved that was buried in the hectic and chaotic life I was living.  We worked together as she strategized a plan from her knowledge, creativity and experience in family and child matters.  The results - calm, order, and peace - thanks to her gentle wisdom."   Lisa W.

Our family consulted with Elizabeth on one matter and she helped us on so many others, including advocating for my son in his school to get the school to better meet his special education needs.  Elizabeth shows you simple, common sense techniques to motivate your children to follow your instructions, rather than having to argue or punish.  Every parent can benefit from Elizabeth's techniques."   Michael & Cathy P.

"Elizabeth Pflaum has been a great addition to our Family Literacy Program.  Elizabeth is a wonderful mother and an outstanding educator.  The parents looked forward to meeting with her every Thursday, and Thursday became the new Friday.  Everyone loved her and valued all of the wonderful ideas and tactics that she offered to the parents.  She heard each parent out, and provided an environment in which we all felt comfortable to express our issues and concerns without judgement.  Elizabeth provided a service that we all needed.  She has been a pleasure to have on board, and her children are just wonderful.  She is and will always be Sunnyside's Super Nanny.  Words cannot express the wonderful work Elizabeth provided our program."       Berenice Rejalaga, Family Literacy Coordinator

"May the happiness you brought us be returned to you in the same way that you have offered it to us.  Thank you."
